After graduating from Institute of Law, Nirma University, Ahmedabad in April 2019, Amay has been working on a wide variety of contentious as well as non-contentious intellectual property matters. Amay’s work profile and experience includes trademark and copyright enforcement, prosecution; trademark opposition; commercial litigation and advisory; as well as transactional work for several clients including those from media and entertainment industry.
