The Firm

Victoriam Legalis (the “Firm”) is a specialized, full-service law firm with
a multi-jurisdictional practice stationed at Mumbai. The firm imparts
an in-depth assistance and advisory on all niche areas of practice with
a result-oriented approach. The thought behind the Firm is to provide
clear, concise and practical advice.

The firm is a brainchild of Mr. Aditya Chopra who was the founding
partner of PSL Advocates & Solicitors and Ms. Kritika Seth, a leading
IPR, Media & Entertainment Attorney. The key reason of forming the
firm was to be disruptive and ground-breaking while providing
practical, creative and cost-effective advice, combined with an
unyielding determination.

Both the Partners are firm believers of the ideology that one must
infuse the law with the same passion and persistence that one brings
to his business. This ideology has helped them in advising domestic as
well as International clients perennially in various complex legal
matters and situations successfully.

At Victoriam Legalis, we do everything differently. Whilst we do have
full regard for the old rule book but we question every aspect before
following it and see whether we can change it for the better. We have
a practical, commercio-legal, modern and progressive approach to
law, our practice and how our firm is run.
