Mr. Aditya Chopra is the Managing Partner at Victoriam Legalis – Advocates & Solicitors, a specialized, full-service law firm with a multi-jurisdictional practice stationed at Mumbai.

Mr. Chopra is an experienced professional with exceptional skill in handling all areas of legal practices being corporate & commercial, dispute resolution and business transactions etc. With over 8 years of experience, he has developed an in-depth knowledge of drafting & negotiating commercial and corporate agreements.

Over the past few years, he has managed to complete domestic and international transactions over and above USD 2 Billion and is continuing to be one of the fine young lawyers to have such demanding and challenging abilities. Being a graduate from Institute of Law, Nirma University, he has obtained a wide experience and his constant ability to assist his clients in every step of the way, has been able to bring out some of the most remarkable outcomes in his career.

Mr. Chopra represents many promoters of some of the major corporate groups and companies. He advises some of India’s award-winning production houses and one of India’s largest entertainment conglomerates operating in the motion pictures and television arena. He is one of the most challenging professionals to have been involved with high-stake litigations and transactions.
